In order to enroll your dog in daycare, a number of forms must be read and signed. It may seem like a lot of work, but it is for the safety of all dogs, as well as the staff. You can download the forms here, fill them out and bring them with you on your first visit. At that time we will evaluate your dog to be sure the group daycare environment is right for him or her.
